NEW CLEANING MEASURES
EsteponaHoliday Hills will apply a strict protocol of health and cleanliness, with hygiene standards and reinforced preventive measures according to current regulations.
In this way, ozone disinfection treatments will be carried out in the rooms, the decorative elements will be reduced and extra disinfection will be carried out on frequently manipulated objects, such as door knobs and television controls.
We also increase the washing temperature of the lingerie to 80º to ensure its total disinfection.
Likewise, customers will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the common areas and must follow the indications of the circuits, keeping safety distances to avoid excessive proximity between people.
AT THE CHECK-IN:
The staff who will attend the reception will have EPI equipment. Of course, cleaning with suitable disinfectant products will be reinforced daily in all common areas.
The Pre check-in will be expeditedto avoid waiting or crowding at the reception, with the client's registration before arrival and providing necessary information via telephone and WhatsApp. Payment of reservations must be made by credit card to avoid cash flow.
The attention in reception will be individualized (maximum 2 people if they are from the same family). The use of a safety mask will be required.
IN THE POOL AREA:
In the pools a minimum separation of 2 meters will be maintained between hammocks and these will be disinfected daily. It will be mandatory for the user to disinfect each hammock before and after use, for this they will have disinfectants and disposable paper available in the area.
Users will not be able to go barefoot in this area and the hammocks cannot be moved from their place, in this way it can guaranteeing safety distances.
The staff of the urbanization keeps the right to limit the capacity in the pool areas if they consider it necessary. Likewise, the staff keeps the right of admission in case the user does not comply with the established rules.
Users must follow the indications of entry and exit circuits.
